The geotechnical investigation process typically begins with a site reconnaissance, where our geotechnical engineer assesses the surface conditions and gathers information on the site history, local geology, and other factors that may affect the subsurface conditions. This information is used to develop an initial site investigation plan. Based on the results of the soil analysis, our geotechnical engineer evaluate the subsurface conditions and design the appropriate foundation system for the proposed structure. This includes designing shallow or deep foundations, as well as evaluating the need for additional soil improvement techniques such as soil stabilization or ground improvement. Our engineers provide oversight and monitoring services to ensure that the foundation system is properly installed and meets all safety and design requirements.
